Descrição: ERRATA AO DECRETO MUNICIPAL N°. 13/2025 RETIFICA O ART. 1° DO LOTEAMENTO DENOMINADO "IVANA MORAIS", PROVIDÊNCIAS. E DÁ OUTRAS. Art 1º - O loteamento residencial denominado "IVANA MORAIS", localizado neste município, às margens da PB 041, passa a possuir uma área total de: QUADRA A: 18 Lotes, cuja área total corresponde a 2.491,97 m²; QUADRA B: 17 Lotes, cuja área total corresponde a 2.387,10 m²; QUADRA C: 20 Lotes, cuja área total corresponde a 3.081,25 m²; QUADRA D: 27 Lotes, cuja área total corresponde a 4.020,35 m²; Perfazendo uma área total de Lotes, de 11.980,67 m², objeto da matrícula nº 12 do Registro de Imóveis deste município.
